Highly experienced and with a demonstrated history of working in the aviation and aerospace industry, Michael Furman has been responsible for leading and evolving the company from an exceptional parts manufacturer of composite materials to one of the foremost companies that design and manufacture complete systems and assemblies.

Before joining Comparts, Furman was the chief operations officer for B.A. Industries, Ltd., cultivating a change in management style to improve quality, service, and control in production. Before that, he was a joint chief executive officer of C.M. Composite Materials, Ltd., where he grew the company’s activity volume by 300%.

A strong business development professional, Furman is exceedingly skilled in business planning, department management, and high-stress environments.

Furman holds a B.A. in Business Management and Marketing from The Open University of Israel. He has completed courses through the Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University in Executive Financial Management and Funding and Senior Corporate Directors’ Training.
