Aviad Matza began his career in 2005 at TAR as a Domestic Sales Manager. In 2017 he became the Avnon Group’s CEO.

With over two decades of experience in the HLS & Defence markets, Aviad has successfully led several technology collaborations and M&As that enhance Avnon Group’s technology portfolio enabling them to compete for large-scale projects and tenders.
