Hadar Szpiro joined TAR in 2009 as the VP of Sales, where he successfully negotiated and closed on numerous multi-million-dollar integration projects. Szpiro led TAR through an intense organisational reform, transitioning them from a resource of third-party products to an architect and integrator of national-scale holistic solutions.

From concept to design to hands-on execution, he enabled TAR to position itself as a serious contender for national-scale projects and tenders with global organisations.

Before joining TAR Ideal Concepts, Szpiro served in the R&D department of the IDF.
